We can buy it from selected health food shops... also we have a good website

that sells it as well. I just fancied having a go at it myself. I occasionally

make soya milk and the bought versions don't come close to the flavour of

home-made.It may prove to be too much hassle or too difficult, but that website

link from Melody will send a sample of the starter culture out for just over

$3/£2. So I shall have to at least try it out!! :)
