That law is a real joke. Since I started working at the local HS...it is

really scaring me. 90% of these kids can't even read and have no reading

comprehension. I can't blame the kids, because I think alot of this has to

do with both parents working and not having the time to be with their kids

as they grow. It is truly a scary thought that these kids are our future.

I wish I could help them all!
