Well. I hate this time of the month. I gained a pound on the scale (can't

quite get myself to keep off of it, I have to monitor pretty close.)

Measured myself, and I think that I lost an inch off of my waist, and a half

inch off my hips. I could be wrong, but at least it is progress. I did not

do any kind of exercising today...feel like a slug, but I was s o busy and

sore that I couldn't. I am running in the morning, and then taking Sunday

off. So. Thanks for all of your words of support! I love reading

everyone's posts!!!!!
