Question for anyone with knowledge. How do you know that you need a new

roof if you see no signs of leaks in the attic of course. Do you just go by

age or have a roofer inspect it? My concern is if I ask a roofer are they

going to tell me I need a new one just to make money? Who do you trust to tell

you the truth. Our roof is 16 yrs. old with no loose shingles and we check

it every other month or so and after heavy rain. We had heavy snow this

winter and all was well then including the gutters.

Thanks,

Sue
