I'd like to read the opinion to see what was submitted as evidence and how it

was decided that that evidence was conjecture. This is quite sad. More because

it sets legal precedence than anything else--I would hope that the right

evidence was submitted, because if the plaintiff's side didn't dot their i's and

cross their t's, it could have negative reverberations in cases to come.

SPRINGFIELD - Owners and managers of Bissell Apartments in Venice put to rest a

tenant's class action claiming damage from mold on personal property.

On Nov. 24, the Illinois Supreme Court denied Kesha Manning's petition to appeal

the rejection of her claim by Fifth District appeals

sounds like it was about damage to personal property,belongings, would be hard

to prove damage to belongings, unless they were heavily infected with mold

growth,moisture and rot.
