Guest guest
P.S. I meant to say a very hot attic will " drive " very hot air down into wall cavities and into house. At my house outside temperature could be the same but if it was a sunny day too, attic is much hotter and house was a problem. If it was cloudy, not too bad. Winter, no problem at all. > > > > Excellent thinking! Are we really uncovering the mystery here ?! BTW I googled & needed to use " thermal dysregulation " . Serotonin may be involved. > > > > >
Guest guest
Thanks Barb, we have vaulted ceilings through out the house... no attic. (Note from Barb: You did say that Tug. Sorry you had to repeat it. You still have a roof that the sun hits and air and ventilation above the vaulted ceiling would be affected but too complex to go into, for me anyway, but I give in to your decision to not look into that and will let this theory go. It worked for me though but I know you have been getting excellent help.) > > P.S. I meant to say a very hot attic will " drive " very hot air down into wall cavities and into house.
