Left pupil larger in moldy enviro/meningitis?

I just noticed my pupil in my left eye gets larger when I am at work in the

moldy buildings. I was wondering if this is a sign of meningitis? What kind of

doctor can help me with this? ( I guess thats a retarded question since there

probably aren't any ) I have also had warm water feeling on my left arm and legs

at times that concerns me as well, along with nausea, headaches, toothaches,

respiratory infections, etc.
