It probably won't give you a bodybuilder like physique, unless you include other lifts. But it will develop a well balanced physique, as it will force your body to work in a coordinated effort to achieve a powerful extension of the body in order to seperate the barbell from the floor. You may not get as big as a bodybuilder, but you will function better.
