Guest guest
I agree-it's made a significant difference in the way I feel when I'm well. However, I have to say an exposure still knocks me out flat. I was kind of hoping gluten and dairy free would make me stronger but I don't think so. But when I feel good-what a revelation! 100 times better than on a gluten diet! > > This is a great piece about gluten and brain fog. I can't say enough about the power of not eating gluten once you've been exposed to mold (or perhaps even if you haven't been exposed!) > http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-david-perlmutter-md/gluten-impacts-the-brain_b_\ 785901.html >
