Guest guest Posted November 4, 2010 Report Share Posted November 4, 2010 D, what kind of oil were they using? I supplement my CSM with WPH's daily and have been doing so for the past 10 months. About a month ago I started using the sauna 5 x's a week and just recently started to experience muscle cramping, it's so bad that you can actually see the muscle quiver than tighten up. When I showed my (ex) g/f she kinda freaked out, she said she's never seen a muscle (quadricep) tighten up like that I had a full blood panel and my potassium levels were normal and I drink no less than a gallon of water a day. I can't keep attributing all my ailments to mold but I don't know what else could be causing severe cramping and nausea I'm experiencing. Sent from Dave's iPhone > > Barb: Yes, psyllium husks were given after the sauna at EHC at the same time as you take your supplements to replenish what you lost when sweating. They would put the psyllium in oil (about 2 T) as the oil helps to flush the toxins out. It does not taste bad, has a little nutty flavor.
