Guest guest
Does anyone know if Tugs red bumps ever cleared up? I had those red bumps too. I was going to send him some pictures of them. I went to my deposition yesterday for my law suit and found out the landlord I was renting from who had the toxic mold in the crawl space and refused to clean it up, doesn't have liability insurance. And he has incorporated himself as an LLC. So even if we win all he has to do is turn around and delcare bankruptcy then rename his business and we can not get back any of the money we loss in all of this. In the state of South carolina they do not make businesses carry liability insurance if they don't want to. Is that crazy or what?!! By doing that they (SC dept. of Insurance) is crippling the SC real estate law, because all a landlord has to do if they get sued is to declare bankruptcy ( if they have incorporated their firm as an LLC and most do) This means basically landlords in SC can get away with pure murder and that is exactly what they are doing espeically when they won't clean up toxic mold. I just think about all the people stuck in homes with toxic mold and their landlords will not help them, and they can't afford to move, yet the Real Estate Landlord Tenant Act under SC Real Estate law can't help them either due to the Dept. of Insurance not requiring liability insurance. Never move to SC if you plan on renting! From: dragonflymcs <dragonflymcs@...> Subject: Re: [] Re: Hit at Walmart Date: Sunday, October 17, 2010, 9:03 PM  Those places are constantly under cleaner attack. They make me sick period.  If he cleaners are on the go forget it. Night is worse than day. At some where they are doing end of day cleaning attack.  God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen
