Guest guest Posted October 14, 2000 Report Share Posted October 14, 2000 I am going to workout tomorrow!! I am stating this publicly so that I will actually do it! I haven't worked out since Monday at the WTC! I took Tuesday and Wednesday off because I was just plain tired from the torture I put my body through in LA. Thursday morning I woke up with a bad stomach bug and didn't move off of the couch. Friday I still felt weak and dehydrated so I didn't workout then either. Today I feel good as new and could have worked out, but I am being lazy! I AM GOING TO DO IT TOMORROW!! I was so motivated when I got back from the WTC, I don't want to lose that motivation and fall back into my no exercise habit. Before the trip, I hadn't worked out in almost three weeks. I really, really want to get myself back into the habit of working out during the week! I let myself get so wrapped up in school that I neglect everything else. I really need to make exercise a higher priority in my life. Even though I have a ton of homework to do, I am going to workout tomorrow! No excuses!! Ok, I feel better now!
