To get facts straight:

(1) Removing mold means to take out the molded item or to wash mold off.

If it cant be washed off and keeps coming back then do you trash it or kill the

mold or keep it under control, then how do you wash it (like bathroom grout)

without killing it (esp in bathroom and on grout)? Makes sense to make sure

bathroom is properly ventaliated..

(2) Live spores can cause infection, so dead spores can do what? They have

mycotoxins that can make you ill and or there is " just " a reactivity issue to

the spore and or the toxin?

(3) More fragments means more opportunity to breath in the dead spores and

mycotoxins or they are just more scattered to more " available " to react to?

I have a product called Benefect. Its hospital grade antibacterial, antifungal

made out of thyme oil. I use to to clean my bathrooms.. love it.. the smell, I

can tolerate.. but it is an antifungal.. confused..

Also when moving into new location... the windows had been left open and when

inspector checked the indoor spore count was over 1300 per cu meter.. I was

thinking to use the benefect to wipe down counters,etc.. not good? Or does it

matter as long as being wiped off and away? Then why waste the $$ on the

benefect?

I have a hep vac and thinking to vac floors, walls, ceilings... would most of

these spores just fall to the floor or countertops.. there is nothing in the

house... so would just a good floor vac be OK? Possibly a damp mop?

Thank you..
