WE are going to remodel a basement bathroom. We want to make it all tiles from

top to bottom. We have had mold problems there when we first moved in. We tore

it up but then when we started working on it the chemicals bothered me so we

stopped. Now we have friends staying down there helping me since I am sick and

they need a bathroom downstairs - a finished one. Is there any good mortar or

adhesive or whatever they use for the tiles that would be effective for mold

control and not too offensive for people with MCS? THAnks cathy

One MCS friend used C-Cure Thinset 800.895.2874 Another used Ultra Flex II from

Lowe's- a good 1/2 " for floors. Before grouting she used a coat of Miracle

Cover under the Ultra FlexII & 1/2 " space between tiles. Between tiles she used

Polyblend grout which comes in colors to match caulk. I am going to use chemlink

caulk next week. I'll try to remember to post results.
