Guest guest
a, I lived in El Segundo for close to 20 years to say I know Marina Del Rey is an understatement. If theres one thing you need in LA is your own transportation, riding on the bus (unless its the flyaway) can be brutal especially to someone with your sensitivities. If I were you I'd call my friend and have him/her teach me how to drive that stick shift or move closer to your place of business. Best of luck > > Hi Everyone, > Sometimes the bus drivers are nice and turn off the AC and let me open the windows, but with this hot weather, I have not been so lucky. It took me nearly 3.5 hours to get home today. It usually takes me 1-1.5 hours to get home, so I am not sure what to do. It's too far for biking plus I can get pretty tired. I have a friend's stick shift car that my friend is supposed to teach me to drive, but I am not sure how that will be if I am exposed to stuff....I react to things sometimes. I don't know if there are any carpools or any resources/ideas for what I could do...please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks and best wishes. > > a >
