Guest guest
I have 2 bathrooms, only use baking soda to clean but I get the water line ring and other orangy marks.  Sometimes I squirt one of them with peroxide & especially under the rim. I use a pumis stone every 2-3 months to keep them clean looking. To get the 3 spots under the rim of the one toilet that looked like mold, I scrubbed with baking soda (using the brush) but that did not do it. So every day for 1 week or 2, a few times a day, I squirted peroxide on those spots and then in the evening I scrubbed with the baking soda (w/ the brush) -- this seemed to start breaking the ? mold down. When the sptos were almost gone I used the pumis stone. ....Corky ________________________________  We do have mold in our toilet water.. Guest guest
For years now I keep the lid of the tank off. When I move to a place the lid comes off I turn off the water, flush & empty the tank & clean it real good. I have found mold & this brown slime in most tanks. With the lid off The mold doesn't grow & the brown slime dies & forms a sediment on the bottom. I use the toilet bowl brush to clean the sediment out of the tank once it awhile & then flush while it's mobilized. > > We do have mold in our toilet water..
