Guest guest
Hi All I can't believe how long it's been since I posted last or even checked the messages. I got very tired and mentally drained from digestive issues that arose and I had no mental energy for posting. It was amazing to discover that when I started eating apples which helps my stomach so much on and off that my strength came back as well. It felt good to rest and give my attention to other things that needed it, but I started to miss the group and I have literally spent ALL day looking over what I have missed, ha. (I access the internet via an msntv player and it is dial up and it is VERY slow, requiring many hours to participate, ha) And I missed a lot! I do want to say to KC how sorry I am about Eventer (hope I'm spelling that right.) Yes, it would save me time if I didn't try to read ALL of the posts but something about them is so compelling, ha. Anyway, I am finally out of the moldy WDB I was in and back at my old roommates house. There were a few hiccups at first but I think it is working out (I hope). I had to leave my brothers house because he did some plumbing work last tuesday in the master bath which shares a wall with the office. Now I know why it smelled a little moldy in the office, but not just mold, also like other biocontaminants which is a first for me. Usually when I have been exposed to mold it has been in things like mattresses and not from WDB. The bacteria and stuff that I could smell caused me bronchial problems but thankfully that improved with an immune booster I found at the health store. So I was worried about mold exposure when my brother had to pull up a corner of the carpet and remove paneling so he could get to the inside of the wall but everything seemed ok at first, but it wasn't. The office is open to the living room where I sleep and When I woke up I smelled mold and was vibrating really badly and as the morning progressed the smell became stronger and stronger and so did my symptoms and it was finally so overwhelming I had to leave. I went next door to my parents house and spent a couple of hours recovering and then my dad helped me pack up some things and drove me to my friends house. It was actually the fourth time I got heavier mold exposure. Three nights I tried out the spare room at my brothers which I had avoided because of the fear of mold in there and sure enough, I was waking up each morning vibrating really hard and by the third morning it was unmistakable why. I have done 4 foot baths since then and they have brought great relief from the vibrating. Even though I have been out of the mold now for 3 days I am still not like I used to be before I had to live in that moldy house. I was always vibrating and always uncomfortable. When I got to my roommates I had to cover up areas of the carpet that her 18 year old cat had peed on (she didn't realize the cat was doing this nor could she smell it). I am very reactive to cat urine and had to go around the entire perimeter of the living room sniffing the carpet to find where all the urine was, ewww. Fortunately the urine could be covered. I used foil and weighted it down with blankets and that is working for the most part I think. The humidity was 68% the day I came and it was raining and this had caused problems for me in the past but she said to go ahead and light a fire in the wood stove (I found out I couldn't tolerate the gas furnace a few days earlier when I was here and she usually only heats up her room with electric cuz its a big house and expensive to heat) and in no time the humidity was down. In fact now it is a little low, around 27%. Better than it getting moldy smelling (from inside the walls). So all that mold exposure has me very drained and tired and still trying to get better with my stomach. My poor little body, ha. A strange thing. For over a year now I have had not been able to wash my body properly because I get serious symptoms that debilitate me completely when my lymph and muscles are moved around, especially under my arms. Yesterday I couldn't stand smelling stinky and decided to try to just hold a wet washcloth to my underarms for a bit and even that caused me severe symptoms, sheesh..... I have been very wiped out and strong symptoms all day. I guess my toxic load is great and when the lymph fluid is moved around it releases more toxins or something, I don't know. It is embarrassing to smell and have unwashed greasy hair when people are around. I used to always be clean and care about my appearance and my clothes and how I presented myself, but this condition has caused me to lose all my dignity. When I look in the mirror I can see that I look very tired and unwell. Even though I was in that moldy house and it caused me to not be able to take my protocols every day the stuff I was doing caused improvement and I recently started being able to do/take daily stuff. Except when my lymph is moved around, then I can't again. Sigh......... Health to you all, anita
