Guest guest
Hi Robin- You little guzzler, you..lol... You have done such outstanding detective work that has resulted in some fantastics self awareness and my hats off to you!! It's such a trade off for us as we need to have some level of awareness for others to help us yet being so drained and brain fogged at times, that can be a heroic effort for many. Dontcha wish it were as simple as we just swallow the supplement and every human being responds the same..lol... Sigh, a PWC's dream..lol... No surprise about solo hydroxo having symptomatic side effects for some considering it's role in detoxification. For those who might be interested, ProHealth posted this easy to read article on the 4 B's: http://www.prohealth.com/library/showarticle.cfm?libid=14192 I would really like to hear how the flow of how the Yasko works from ordering then doing the test right through receiving your individual protocol and what type of support comes after that? Do you actually person/phone consult with her or is it all in writing? Are you piecemealing various brands for your individual protocol? And speaking of GABA, have you also done a neurotransmitter panel? And once again back to the glut, am also curious if you have managed to shift any of the methyl block thus elevate glut levels? The dream Vit C that I am using is the Perque Potent C Guard that was recommended by my out of state doc who likes their products. It is so calming to the stomach, so much so that I actually take if when my stomach is upset. I have tried a ton of C's through the years and this is the one that's been working for me for a while now: http://www.perque.com/pdfs/potentCr.pdf They also have an easy to follow calibration protocol: http://www.perque.com/pdfs/Pt_Ascorbate_Slush_FIN.pdf All my hormonal stuff (including thyroid) is compounded. Now have it down pat on how to buy bulk so I can cut them down to my daily dose for best pricing. Am now able to buy at 6 months supply close to what I was paying for the 3 month by changing the way the orders were written. I have a hard time dissolving sublinguals but not the case with the troches due to being placed up between the cheek and gum. A And let me tell you that if you think method of administration is a subject of great debate in the glut world, it's nothing compared to that of the hormone world..lol... Kathy PS: Please note that I have no financial or vested interest in any person, place, object or anything else mentioned in this posting. > Hi Kathy, ....snip......I am on the yasko-rich group (thats makes three of us on this list that I know of) and yasko's board and have been on the methylation protocol with yasko for maybe a year now. I am tolerating ...snip....
