Many of us are missing a glutathione gene. This was not a problem when we lived

in a more pristine world, but today...

One article I read recently explained it well.. we did not select out as a

specied for lack of this gene becasue lack of did not effect health.

I could be wrong about this but makes sense to me that some of us need to

support liver detox even if away form mold environment and using csm or some

other binder.. I think when the toxins let go of the fatty cell they circulate

in the blood and go through the liver before being excreted into small

intestines into bile. I think we still need a well functioning phase 1 and 2

detox.

I know some people who need support who can get away with drinking whey protein

shakes. Obviously some dont need help at all.. then you have those of us with

compromised detox capabilities who try everyting but the kitchen sink at one

point or another.

I am not sure where oxidative stress takes place.. I think cellular as well as

liver. this is huge for some of us esp with chronic mold illness. My testing

shows extreme oxidative stress and I take tons of antioxidants. XMRV may play a

role in this as well? Lyme.. of course mold illness.

> Glut is an amazing powerful antixodant and does so many amazing things in the

human body. One of the commonly discussed functions is it's vital role in

detoxification.
