Here is my first question:

When in the best time to drink kombucha? Before, during, or after a meal?

Between meals? Hours away from a meal? When one first wakes up? As much as

possible?

And that segways into another question? How much should one drink? I get

really enthusiastic about these health thingies, and I might drink a entire

gallon the first day. Please help me!! I'm drowning in kombucha! (:->)
