Pressure and summer heat=POP!

A few bottles I bottled three days ago on the 21st were still in the carton. I

bottled again today, the 24th. As I started to put in the new bottles I noticed

the carton was wet. Uh oh! One was empty because the bottom had blown out from

the pressure. I shoulda put it in the refrigerator yesterday.

I use a plastic bottle as a test for pressure but my fridge was a little crowded

so I waited...even after the plastic bottles's sides were harder than my head.

Big goof.

I will refrigerate sooner from now on.
