Responding to my own post!

If any of you have workers comp claims or property casualty claims or are

attempting to get your insurer to cover your medical treatments from mold

exposure (if you can get treatment at all) , you owe it to yourself and to

your attorney to understand this. New health policy used to establish

claims handling practices in both workers comp and property/casualty is being

cemented as I type.

If history is repeating itself, validation of credibility of expert defense

witnesses - who testify in court that mold has not caused your illness,

thereby getting the insurer off the hook and putting many of you on taxpayer

funded disability programs - will be legitimized by these " 2010 revisions "

to the ACOEM Mold Statement
