Guest guest
Hi, Folks, I'm still wondering if anyone on the list, after water and mold damage in their rented residence, had their insurance company pay to relocate them to a new rented residence. My landlord is not offering to pay with his landlord policy and the damage and repairs have been going on for almost 3 months. We moved to temp housing with our insurance company about 2 weeks ago. Please feel free to share you experience with your renters policy. I have Internet in our temp housing now. Thank you! Jocelyn So. Cal. Guest guest
The policies have a lot to do with this. If you have renters ins, read your policy. " Normally " his policy covers his unit and not yourpersonal property  as far as loss of use best to consult an attorney as to what is what in your case.  Contract dtails and so forth. God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: " jocbr8@...
