Guest guest
I paid quite a bit for my records too from the Doctors who treated me for the mold exposure. They didn't even give me all of them. I had to let them know that they were required to give them to me upon request. Since then, I try not to leave the doctor's office without copies of my labs at least. It's all different now with new laws. They have 30 days to comply with your request. I'm not sure whether they can even charge you. I just got records dating back to 2005 with no fee. My suggestion is to call your doctor's office a week after seeing them and request copies of your report and lab results.
