Dear All ,

 

    Today people all over the country will be calling the news and my City

Mayor/ Council on our behalf.   We are asking for support from everyone here as

well.  Please.  The issue is mold, Chemical Intolerance and DISCRIMINATION we

have endured and continue to do so on a massive scale  by every city office in

this county:

Brief of some of what has occurred:

1.   We applied for assistance from Community Services in Port St Lucie Fl who

received Feral Funds for the Victims of the Hurricanes.  I had already developed

Chemical Intolerance from the mold.   I was faced with discrimination.  For 2

years I fought for the application, begging, pleading trying to get accommodated

finally demanding.  During those 2 years of discrimination for accommodations to

help us complete the app and provide it.  I developed 3 lung diseases.  They

have killed me do to discrimination.  I had provided them with medical letters

that stated we be removed because the mold was making us ill.  I had reports on

the home, structural damage all they ignored due to discrimination for my severe

chemical intolerance.

2.  In Jan 2009 the Police almost shot him because of discrimination, he came

outside in a tyveck suit, a respirator and an oxygen tank.  The police officer

immediately drew his gun, pointed it at him and said " Don't take another step

or I will shoot "   he was only approach to ask him to shut off the engine.  He is

66 years old.  Then 3 more cars should up, they proceeded to push him from one

officers chest to another, trying to provoke him into reacting and raising his

hands.  He did not. 

3.  They then VIOLATED my medical DO NOT DISCONNECT order due to life support

equipment I had.  I called the Dr's office and the only spoke to the nurse, not

the Dr and asked he about my electric bill, not about the medical  DO NOT

DISCONNECT order I had and hung up.   They disconnected my power and left us

homeless, with no food, water, clothes NO MEDICAL Equipment all destroyed when

they did that on the street, no oxygen, during winter.  (this was the time when

I disappeared from the site here) .  That was what happened.   Two days later I

was almost dead.  I could not move I was so weak.  I went out to the island the

only other place I could breathe, found somewhere the oxygen company could

re-deliver all the medical equipment for oxygen again.,  (a few thousand dollars

worth).  of my other equipment lost.  The original oxygen equipment about

10,0000 is still in the house.

4.  On another occasion I was not allowed once again by the police not to shop

at a grocery store.  Not long after they left us homeless. I went to get

something to eat.  I had on a respirator and oxygen.  I was told I could not

enter the store to shop and had to leave.  I was then written up as a suspect. 

In a five page report.

I could go on and on about how we have been treated here and how they have

caused us harm on a massive scale due to discrimination.  These are just a few

examples of what has been done.  In May as many of you know we were once gain

violated and poisoned by mosquito control. We were on their list and state

list.  We lost our little princess (Pekingese)  Miss Honey and Mr Simba was

paralyzed.   I suffered great harm as well but they denied us medical care as

well as the hospitals here.  We have no where to turn.  This is ongoing now for

4 years.  We are exhausted, sick and the discrimination continues.  We have also

been threatened. Police sent to my home.  Sheriff Dept is no better. 

Please call, let them know discrimination is a crime and it is not acceptable. 

That mold can kill and it is not acceptable, the we need accommodations ad we

are disabled and not criminals.  That elderly abuse is a crime. Disabled abuse

is a crime.  We need help and not more discrimination before it costs me my

life.  I have HP with pulmonary fibrosis and have had no medical care at all. 

They called (EMI Dept) accepted responsibility but have done nothing including

stopping the discrimination.  The Mayor is new, the old was arrested for being

CORRUPT.
