I figured when I finally get mine in the aerogarden that they would be good for

6 months.  Guess I need to eat fast once they become lettuce leaves.

Oh, silly me, I thought it would continue to grow if I kept it on the window

sill. See, I don't know anything.

lol

And thanks much. Tonight, we shall be eating leaf lettuce along with our

sprouts.

Thanks much, Melody

> Leaf lettuce. You can pick (harvest) the outter leaves and it will continue to

grow new ones on the inside for quite a while. Soon it will start to form a kind

of stem looking thing in the center. At that same time the leaves will become

bitter, and then it will time to toss it into the compost pile.

idea when (or even how) I harvest this. Do I wait until the leaves are ALL OVER

THE PLACE, or do I snip pieces here or there.

going to get taller? And how long does this take? Thanks much
