Guest guest
For kale chips you just get kale from the produce section of the market. Look for organic. You tear the leaves into the size you want and dehydrate them in a dehydrator or in the oven. I haven't tried them yet, but I did get a recipe from jenny Craig store when I was going there. I must have it onmy husband's computer but I have it on my iphone, too. I just plugged it in. Do you know about sproutpeople.com/blog? It sounds like you might want to join that group since you are interested in more healthy eating and in green smoothies and sprouts. You have to apply. Anyway, I copies the " recipe " from my iphone where I put the recipe when I saw it on a poster at JC's. I do need to try it. I'm waiting until I make some soup as I'll put the rest of the kale into some soup.     Carolyn Wilkerson Kale Crisps Krispy kale wash and dry ear leaves from stem Tear in pieces Place on cookie sheet and spray with Pam. Use spices like garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, etc. for flavor (teensy bit of sea salt if you have to have it) Bake 350 oven for 12-15 min.  To: heartsremembered Sent: Monday, May 14, 2012 12:32 PM Subject: Re: [heartsremembered] Re: Anyone tried this?  I wonder if I can dehydrate the kale and do the same as the chip process?
