Help, my house has flooded: any suggestions appreciated

Hi, I haven't been to this group for a long time. Why does tragedy follow some

of us around?

I was a member of this group when I went through a nightmare of a mold problem

in RI in 2002 through 2004.

I moved to Florida and regained my heath and things were going well for awhile.

I went out for two hours last night for dinner and came home to a gusher of

water (4 ft.) coming out of the top of the toiliet tank. It flooded about 2/3

of my home, carpets, etc. I have a clean up crew that came with the fans,

extractors, dehumidifiers, but in my previous experience with the mold

nightmare, my home will probably never be the same, and probably dangerous.

The house is underwater with the bank anyway, worth half as much as I paid for

it. I was going through a mortgage modification, and now I think maybe I should

finally walk away from this mess.

Please share your opinions about this. I am afraid to lose my health again.
