I like all my ducks in a row. Since I eat what I grow (as do others, lol), I

need a system where I won't forget what's germinating, what's greening up and

what's sprouting.

So I made signs and now I know where everything is. And the fact that I can

stack the trays (as the seeds germinate in the dark), well that's really cool.

When I finished making this video, I added another shelf to the Greening Up

portion of my shelves. Now I have PLENTY of room for my flax, chia, popcorn, pea

shoots, etc. I can now grow to my heart's content.

It's so much neater and easier to have it near the sunlight (when needed) and my

shoots...well, they shoot very nicely. And I have that place on the right for my

sprouting as well.

And one might think...doesn't she have to walk back and forth to the kitchen???

Sure....that's good exercise, lol.

So here's the completed system. I am all set for the summer. And as for my

sprouts, when it gets hot, I'll simply put them in my cooler thing and place the

whole thing right under the sign where it says SPROUT CENTRAL
