Question on another Binding Agent... Anyone Ever use Colestipol?

In the past well about 6 years ago I used CSM without too much problem.

But I went off the diet and became very ill again for the last couple of

years.Never was really completly better but wasn`t bedbound anymore.

I`am now seeing a new Intergrative person and my insurance is about $30 a month

for CSM and $7 for Colestipol.Since I`am disabled and can`t work I`am going for

the Colestipol. I`ve never heard of this one but

I`am so weak.. My head and face pain (nerve pain) seems worse even though I`am

also trying oxygen therapy for this.

Has anyone out there tried this medication? Is it normal to feel worse before

feeling better?

Its been about a month or more.. I also tried antifungal meds and was not able

to function at all with that.

Any feedback appreciated.
