OT: Gulf Spill: Citizen offered reasonable solution near beginning of leak well

Private citizens seems to have reasonable solution to cleaning up the spill

offered to BP, days after spill started, on a form BP gave him for such purpose,

and BP responded but were not interested. To me this shows, per usual,

corporation is only interested in stopping the financial loss of oil, but once

oil is out in the water, they don't care about it (since THEY can't use it

anymore), and probably don't plan to pay for clean up either.
