Guest guest
I would never just eat Broccoli sprouts by themselves. I have to mix them in one of my combinations. And the combination of Broccoli radish and fenugreek is to die for. I know this because all my breakfast buddies LOVE this. Fenugreek by itself it fascinating. It's bitter but who cares. I like to use Fenugreek because one can use it in every stage of it's growth. Do an experiment. First day, do a teaspoon of fenugreek in a mason jar. 3 days later, put up another batch. 3 days later do it again. You will have 3 mason jars having different stages of fenugreek. The first one you started will now be 6 days old. rinse and drain one more time, and put in light. All these leaves will appear and be green. Then make a salad. Take the long green ones and add to salad. Then go to the second jar you started and you will see Fenugreek at a different stage. Add some of that to the salad. Then go to the 3rd mason jar (an even shorter stage) and they'll be crunchy. I do this all the time. Same seed, different starting times, completely different looking Fenugreek sprouts. Add rest of salad fixings and this is the most incredible eating experience. Of course I also add other sprouts too, but the fenugreek is very good for diabetes, did you know that?
