MCS and petrochemical exposure

I have met a woman here who has " MCS " for 10 years. It's a long story, but she

has told me two things I'd like to check up on from others with MCS.

1. She states she is sensitive to " all petrochemicals " . I asked her to

elaborate, and she said her occu-doc said this. (however, she has no prproblem

entering a building within days of it being painted. ?.)

2. She states she is sensitve to wood smoke, especiall from her neighbor who

uses wood burning stove in winter, and from bbq lighter fluid. It hits her and

feels like she got hit by a car - on the very first breath.

She in fact was hit by a car about 10 years ago; so she claims the physical,

neural, and musculatur pain is nearly identical. As she says, " if you haven't

been hit by a car, you don't know what I mean " . I haven't, so I obviously don't

know.

Can any one elaborate or offer further discussion. I'd love to hear your

comments and stories that are similar.

Sincerely,
