Guest guest
sorry just realising I didn't reply to people's questions about ARtemesia. I buy it here: (just looked and it has disappeared off their website :-( I have heard recently on the Treating Autism Facebook page that it's one of the EU banned herbs. I give 4 caps a day but I suppose that is pretty irrelevant if you can't buy it. I have also heard that there will be someone somewhere licensed to sell it. Does anyone know where? Also heard since posting this that it is very safe short term and not safe long term. Guest guest
thanks very much for this Sandy, v. interesting! > > We also found artemisia/artemesia effective and wondered what it had done. > It seems to be a popular lyme disease herb > http://www.lymeinducedautism.com/ > For example: http://buhnerhealinglyme.com/ > http://planetthrive.com/2009/08/buhner-healing-lyme-program/ > I think, from memory, Dr Amy Yasko likes Cat's Claw/Samento (I found this significant myself but it was hard-going at first) > > Artemisia was prized by the Anglo-Saxons and native American indians. Artemisia is wormwood - there are a lot of different types of wormwwood. For example, the alcohol drink absinthe is made from Artemisia absinthium > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absinthe > " Absinthe's popularity grew steadily through the 1840s, when absinthe was given to French troops as a malaria preventative.
