Guest guest
All the fat soluable vitamins are probably affected by CSM (and anything that binds bile and fats and carries them out of your body. I would think that would go for the clay, pyllium, etc. too) so I would take them so add them in far away from the binding agent. > > I haven't used CSM as of yet, but did want to note there are some issues that need to be addressed when taking a cholesterol lowering medication. Guest guest
Makes sense, after years of CSM, my D was very low, had to supplement 10,000 a day for 3 months to bring it up, and my CQ10 was low also. > > I haven't used CSM as of yet, but did want to note there are some issues that need to be addressed when taking a cholesterol lowering medication. Guest guest
Thanks, so far after 6 yrs. my vit. D has been fine but I started taking one Vit. D daily as for the CoQ10 I also take one of those. I haven't used CSM as of yet, but did want to note there are some issues that need to be addressed when taking a cholesterol lowering medication. ( This is for some who may be doing this on their own) 1. Vitamin D is washed out with the use of cholestyramine 2. Other statins deplete CoQ10 levels, I am not sure about CSM
