benefits to bottling Kombucha

Just joined the group (Hello and thanks for this group!), have a question about

bottling Kombucha from a continuous brew. Is there a health benefit to bottling

it, does it get better and how long can you keep bottled kombucha in your

frig? I found I prefer the taste of the bottled kombucha as it is more vinegary

and less sweet.
