Telle -- Well there you go -- all good information --thanks. Since

the resistance is hydraulic not isokinetic, time to completion may

still be a bit more effective means for motivation, measurement,

feedback and results than visual feedback, work and peak force etc. It

is obviously an easier measurement that can be used with any hydraulic

equipment.

Telle -- This of course is the important criteria. What are the

benefits and or where can I access the data. In my quest for optimal

resistance I have used hydraulic and isokinetic equipment --

anecdotally finding the hydraulic to offer a more effective

resistance. In that light it is off interest to me what the benefits

are -- maybe there are viable means to improve their results within

their mileau?

On another hand, the obvious necessity for a normative envoirnment as

exemplified by the Curves program demands attention from anyone

attempting to invigorate a diversified population to better health.

Thanks again,
