Guest guest
I am using both , bentonite clay and activated charcoal, at the present and they are helping. I have done colonics too. At one point in time I would get huge hives every time I ate ANYTHING!!! Doing the colonics prevented me, I believe, from going down a path that may have been too difficult to come out of. It eliminated the hives immediately!! I have also tried massive doses of vitamin C to bowel tolerance levels. This  worked very well and I felt I was improving little by little on the C. Unfotunately I went to the Fibro and Fatigue Center and they caused my heart attack with their medications. If I had mold problems, Dr. Shoemaker indicates that their medications could have caused significant problems, which it did. Right now I am working very diligently on coming back from the heart attack and the second  mold exposure. Prior to my second exposure at work, I experienced many years in the 80's of mold exposure at work.  I recovered with nystatin, low carb diet, and a few other things. The water damage was clearly visible in the ceiling tiles. Interestingly, despite the fact that I had 4 schools, this particular school was the only one that made me ill. The progression of illness increased the more time I spent in that school. Not only did I become ill, other young teachers died in that building. There were also others that got sick. The janitors did replace the ceiling tiles and clean the area with bleach..........but they never repaired the water leak. NOR did they get the toxins out of the heating vents. I believe the mycotoxins blew around in that building through the heating system. I was forced to move out of my wonderful office and work from an old bathroom with no heating system. While I sustained from falling even futher, I believe my body still was filled with toxins every minute I spent in that building. I then think it went on to affect my pregnancy and became a twin /twin transfusion pregnancy. After the pregnancy I was transferred to different schools. It wasn't until I was moved into a basement room with water marks on the walls, that I became ill again. In fact I had my work area right in front of the water marked area. I never saw the mold, but apparently there was something  in the walls. I didn't realize at the time this was making me ill. Over the course of time, I declined for the second time. The reason I know for sure...............a second teacher did not feel well in that particular room. It was only in this room that we both got ill! Other rooms in that building did not make us sick. PS.....I, too, think the sun coffee enemas would be dependent on a variety of variables and may cause problems. It certainly would be dependent on how hot your area got. I can remember finding mold in the my dad's old glass coffee pot when it sat. I wouldn't even take the chance. You could take a good thing and contaminate it.
