I learn from you but am way behind 8 ball thanks to my last MS flare. Really

knocked me down. At least out if hospital & trying to get back to sprouting

regularly again. Just harvested 3 garden (2 trays) & 5 garden. Earlier in week

had done both Crunchy Lentil & Garden Bean. I'm not happy with broccoli in handy

pantry tray (think it needed more seeds to really crowd but an greening what

spriouted. I have another bean garden salad & broccoli going in sproutpeople

LOVE them). And because I have learned what I have learned, I've been able to

pay it forward and teach others. And make little sprouting gifts for my friends.

I wish I would have started growing sunnies years ago. I have no idea why I

never tried. I probably thought it would be too hard.
