To : I want to make fluoride free toothpaste

. I just found out how TOXIC fluoride actually is. So I'm trying to find

ways to get the Fluoride out of what we drink and use.

I watched videos on youtube and I know that you make your own everything. One

guy mixes equal parts of aluminum free baking soda and coconut oil and dash of

mint.

Do you do this? And once you have made the mixture, how do you store it?

And one more thing. Since virtually all water has fluoride except Figi,

distilled and glacier waters, what water do you drink and if one chooses to use

distilled, where would we get the minerals to replace what they put in water.
