I hope to become a regular with this email group - you guys are so MOTIVATING and ENCOURAGING to each other. I hope you realize the impact this is making on the lives of people (like me) who start things but never finish. I am so committed to Tae-Bo and I know a big reason is because of this group. Two days ago, I came home exhausted - I told myself I was going to skip Tae-Bo and go right to bed. Well, I checked my email and lo and behold, the e-group digest had sent me something. As I began to read the emails, I knew I had to get myself together....After I finished reding, I had a power bar and did the Basic tape...and I felt WONDERFUL afterwards.... Well, back to work for me..... I hope everyone has a great weekend, full of fun and Tae-Bo! (^-^) >> Way to go . This group is really wonderful, and has a way to make you feel better. I am fairly new to the group, but am really starting to realize that I do not know what I ever did without it. The first thing I think of doing is checking my mail ))))

Guest guest
Can you tell me the difference between Listening Program and AIT? Where can I get more info on it? Re: Hello Hi, Glad the headphones help. We orginally used the flight line headphones that people at the airport/airforce use when they are on the flight line--that is how sensitive my son's ears were. We did AIT and it eliminated the need for headphones until he got an ear infection. After the ear infection his hearing sensitivities came back. Instead of doing another round of AIT, we purchased The Listening Program. I didn't tell the therapists that we started this and their feedback was amazing. Within a few days he had stopped covering his ears at school and his behavior was so much better. For my son we know this is an important intervention for him. We have done the full protocol and additional CDs a couple of times. We " boost him " with a " round " when he seems to be " off " . We usually see him get better in a couple of days. I don't recommend this for everyone. I know families that have done AIT or Tomatis with no gains. We were lucky that this one helped my my son--most of our " experiments " don't pan out.
