Guest guest
Do all yeasts present a problem? Specific kinds? I am taking saccharmyces boulardii on a hunch my clostridia was flaring up (loose stools:-D) .. problem resolved but I am wondering about this " good " yeast? What about kefirs that also contain " good " yeasts? Would good yeasts combat with the bad ones so he helpful? I dont think yeast used n bread is " beneficial " yeast.. is this how we determine or are all yeasts not a good idea? Thank you.. Robin > > Robin: This bread also contains yeast. It is not recommended that moldies eat any products that contain yeast as it promotes fungus in the gut. Thanks D >
