I've written to Obama and to various other places about this school

problem. Of course, now our administration has cut the budget

affecting the most vulnerable of our nation: the poor, the elderly,

the sick and the youth. Children can't learn when they're brain fogged

from sick schools. If it falls on deaf ears politically, at least it

will have raised awareness to some degree.

JTPD> I have been involved in three schools in California. What I have learned

is that school districts are self insured. They will go to any length to deny

the problem. Even hiring CIH firms that

JTPD> do minimal testing to prove that there is not a problem. The districts

will not use CIH's who are interested in defining. The teachers and the parents

must pay for theses cost. In all three

JTPD> schools we defined the problem, denied by the districts. Therefore

battles are ahead of us in the corrupt courts of California. The children will

be handled in a district court.

JTPD> Unfortunately, as Sharon has pointed out, the teachers and employees will

be forced into worker's comp.
