But I've never seen this mentioned on lists. Any thoughts? Betsy
Guest guest
I do a similar thing with peroxide-very detoxing for me but then I am not sensitive to bleach so you have to be cautious. > > Someone in the UK told us, that taking a hot bath with a cup or so of cider vinegar helps as a detox if you've been around mold or feeling the effects the mold. Guest guest
Foot baths help me a lot because of my mold exposure. I know someone else who did foot baths for mold too. I can't tolerate vinegar but cilantro and distilled water have been working wonders. I have been wondering if the medium used for the bath is not what matters but simply that it draws out the toxins. I have never seen mold specifically mentioned in discussions on vinegar baths but since mold is a toxin and that's what the bath is for.............
