I need to find an attorney for a personal injury case ( building problem, mold

remediation)

and he has to work on a contingency fee.

What could I do to find this attorney? For example....

I thought contacting hospitals who is coming after accidents?

The board is not helpful.

If you have any other ideas please contact me asap.

I am appreciating any ideas.

Honestly, it's nearly impossible. Mold personal injury cases are nearly

impossible to prove to a jury's satisfaction and attorneys really only want to

bet on clearly winnable cases. Even with car accidents, the personal injury

attorney's bread and butter, the case has to be clearcut--prior injuries in

prior car accidents can make an attorney not want to take on a new injury from a

fresh car accident. It's not what you want to hear, and it's certainly not what

I wanted to learn, but it's true.
