I pretty much have the same reaction when Im exposed to mold. When I first moved

to the hotel I refused to use their washer and dryer. I took all my things to

the laundry mat. It was during the winter months and because I didnt have a

heavy jacket and i had to make sure everything got washed i'd have to take off

the red hoody I used to keep me warm and wash it, I remember being so cold that

I had to lean up against a dryer to stay warm.

Anyway, at the time I used regular tide, microban and borax to wash my clothes

and my g/f's clothes. My clothes were new so it wasnt much of a problem but her

clothes came from my WD condo and in the beginning made me extremely ill after

washing them 3 or 4 times they were finally clean enough so they wouldnt bother

me. It was those clothes that stayed in the hotel room with me, those were the

ones she'd wear on the weekend.

Also because her truck was cross contaminated we would never use it on the

weekend. The minute she locked it up on Friday evening that was it she couldnt

get back in it till Monday morning when she went back to work. If she forgot

something in it she would have to wait till Monday to get it.

Robin you have to be diligent about this, you always have to think about

limiting your exposure and how not to become accidentally re-exposed. Its

physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting and quite frankly if I have go

through it again I dont know if I'll have the strength

what does it matter.. but Im going to try to be positive about that).

leave the house.. when you wash and dry.. are you using anything special other

than laundry detergent.. I am stil not clear on that.. and what about dryer

lint?

with the lint trap?

skin burned, nose burned, breathing issues, neuro inflammation which lead to

brain, dropping words, dropping memory..

unless you are as clean as possible and then are re-exposed... ?
