Mold Testing

                   From what I read, the commonly used methods of

testing........plates or air sampling......are outmoded.

                   Many people I know who have hired " experts " have regretted it

because they were left with a more serious problem than they began with. 

                   I don't know what the " right " method is, but I would be very

careful. 

                   BTW, I am having the same problem.  I have had to shut down

and seal off my central heat and air system because a tech failed to hook up a

return hose a year ago.   I used window air-conditioning units this year. I live

in a vhot climate, and I will heat with electric heaters.  I am trying to decide

what to do.  Josie
