Have you ever drunk Puerh tea by itself? It is very distinctive and rather

an acquired taste. I wouldn't use it for KT. I would suggest switching to

green and black teas.

I have drank it alone...and didn't find it too strange...but you have a

point...I probably wouldn't try to make KT with Lapsang Souchong even though I

enjoy that on its own.
