BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - We're uncovering even more problems at the federal

courthouse construction project in downtown Buffalo.

This is a story we first broke three weeks ago, and now officials are admitting

for the first time they have found mold inside, and it may delay the project

again.

It's the biggest downtown construction project in 20 years, but now there could

be a serious problem.

U.S. District Court Clerk Roemer said, " They have found small bits of

mold in two locations. The mold was immediately removed. "
