Guest guest
Well, I'm still using the stuff. I slipped up for a day. That was yesterday and today. It's hard to stay consistent and I've only been on it for a week. My tongue during the menstrual cycle is RAW! I'm lucky if I have skin left on it. > Thanks, let me know how it goes. Guest guest
According to chinese tongue diagnosis, the ideal tongue should have a thin white coat (not clear) but a thick white coat means stomach problems (or yeast etc). Hope that helps. michael > > ~ Could you describe what your tongue looks like? White and > red > > patches??? Guest guest
Thank you, /MI so much for that info. on geographic tongue. I was told once by a nurse that I have geographic tongue but had never been told about the whole grains. I do eat mostly whole grains now because white bread is tasteless and gummy and constipates me. I should ask my doc. if I still have geographic tongue. I was so startled when the nurse told me that I had that several years ago. I had never heard of it before then. Guest guest
The yeast connection website is also good and really interesting about yeast and the effects it can have. I am actually considering getting the updated book by Dr. Wm. Crook, " The Yeast Connection " I am just fascinated by it. --------------------------------- How low will we go? Guest guest
> > Since getting on this diet the white covering on my tongue has become > less thick, but I have also noticed some 'hot spots' on my tongue that come and go. These are darker and clearer (of the white stuff) than the rest of my tongue. They last about a week and then they go. Now I have a new one in the middle of my tongue. I read somewhere that the tongue is the mirror of the intestines. Do these hot spots mean that my intestines are cleaning themselves? That would be nice... ==>Nicola, I do not know, but as you progress on the program your tongue should become nice and pink. Bee
